RENTAL INFO:
Field Rental
PRICING FOR GAMES: $1000 per day for the Signature Baseball Field
$750 per day for the Signature Softball Field
$300 per day per field for 4 & 5 field pods
PRICING FOR PRACTICES: $150 per practice for the Signature Baseball Field
$150 per practice for the Signature Softball Field
$100 per practice per field for 4 & 5 field pods
Practices are 2 hours, lights included, and $50 for each additional hour.
OTHER PRICES: $25 per hour per field for lights
Diamond Dry is $25 per bag if needed
Field flips are $100 each flip.
Track & Field Facilities
PRICING FOR TRACK AND FIELD EVENTS:
$1,500 per day
PRICING FOR TRACK AND FIELD PRACTICES:
$100 per day

PRICING FOR GAMES:
$300 per day per field
PRICING FOR PRACTICES:

Insurance
* Comprehensive commercial general liability insurance, including personal injury liability, blanket contractual liability, and broad form property damage liability coverage is required.
Minimum limits:
Aggregated = $2,000,000
Products = $1,000,000
Personal and Advertising Injury = $1,000,000
And each Occurrence = $1,000,000 Indemnifying lessor from hurt, loss, damage, penalties, or another liabilities.
The City of Oxford (its officers, employees, and their duties as such) must be named as “additional insured.”
* Proof of insurance as well as the damage deposit will be due one week prior to rental date.
