We are thrilled to announce the first-ever Kids Fishing Rodeo, a free community event for children of all ages! The event will take place on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 9am.

It will be a blast with lots of activities, including fishing, bounce houses, and food. Additionally, they have arranged a special needs fishing area in a covered pavilion.

The lake at Choccolocco Park will be stocked with 2,000 lbs of farm-raised catfish, just waiting for you to catch them!

Please bring a cooler, lawn chairs, and fishing supplies such as bait, rods, and reels. Fishing supplies will be available for those who need them while supplies last.
